Ed-Fi: College Courses were not Publishing due to Duplicates

When publishing courses, courseCourseAssocation (Org Info), and studentSectionAssociations resource on a new profile, it fails with an error with a single row sub code error due to multiple state organizations having the same older college code. This has been corrected to pick only one organization and the state has been made aware of the general issue.

MCCC Calendar and Grade Mapping

To allow districts to set the MCCC Calendar and Grade Mapping at the school level, the following is updated:

• When selecting the District > SERVS Setup > MCCC - Calendar Entry (Term Mapping) the screen now allows the user to select the school to create or update terms.

• When selecting the District > SERVS Setup > Grade Mapping the screen now allows the user to select the school to create or update grade mappings.
