Staff/Course Audit - Report

To validate the Staff/Course data, use the Staff/Course Audit Report. This listing will help find missing data and verify the information that will be extracted. To execute the on-screen report select System Reports/State and click on the MCCC – Staff/Course Audit Report link. This listing could take some time to process. Once the audit report is displayed, use the clickable column headers to sort the various columns to search for missing data. For example, click on the FileFldr column header to sort the listing by the teachers' file folder number to ensure that no blank entries exist. Excluded entries will still be listed in the report but will have a strike through them. Entries could be excluded at either the course or the section level.
