Student Academic Review for Direct Admission
This creates a CSV audit file of all selected student(s) and their Direct Admit status. This can be run with or without storing the GPA and Tier. The information in the file should be reviewed by school staff.
Selection Criteria
How Students are selected for this report:
The School has opted in for Direct Admission and has been approved by Minnesota Office of Higher Education.
The Student has an active enrollment during the specified date range.
The Student is indicated to be submitted for Direct Admission > select a Student > State/Province - MN > Direct Admission Reporting.
Additional Criteria
The selected GPA calculation must be an unweighted calculation.
THE GPA calculation must be a 4-point scale.
GPA calculations will be rounded to 2 decimals after the decimal point.
Only Schools with students in grade 12 may be selected.
High School English, Math and Science courses need be identified with the correct MCCC Course Code (Courses > Select a Course > District - General > Minnesota Common Course Catalog (MCCC) > Course Code).
The school's MCCC Grade Mapping must be completed for the selected Academic School year. (District Management > Compliance > MCCC Grade Mapping.
If running prior the District having completed the Year End Process use the option - Run for Current Grade 11, (running before EOY process).

Enrollment Exit Date | Enter the enrollment exit date for the students you wish to report. |

Store GPA and Tier | Select Yes or No. |
