Student Academic Review for Direct Admission

This creates a CSV audit file of all selected student(s) and their Direct Admit status. This can be run with or without storing the GPA and Tier.

The information in the file should be reviewed by school staff that are familiar with student academic records.

Selection Criteria

How Students are selected for this report:

The school has opted in for Direct Admission and has been approved by the Universities of Wisconsin.
The student has an active enrollment during the specified date range.
The student is correctly identified for Direct Admission Reporting (select a Student > Compliance > Direct Admission Reporting).

Additional Criteria

The selected GPA calculation must be an unweighted calculation and must follow the Universities of Wisconsin guidance.
The GPA calculation must be on a 4-point scale.
GPA calculations will be rounded to 2 decimals after the decimal point.
Only Schools with students in grade 12 may be selected.
High School Math courses need be identified with the correct SCED Course Code or Roster Course Code (Courses > Select a Course > District - General > Wisconsin State Information).
Universities of Wisconsin Class of 2027 Accepted Math Courses for Direct Admit
Math classes are considered complete when:
- The Historical Grade has earned credit that is > 0
- The Roster_Course_Code_2526 is one of the DPI listed Course Codes OR
  the SCED12_Course_Code_2526 is one of the DPI listed SCED codes.
If running prior the District having completed the Year End Process use the option - Run for Current Grade 11, (running before EOY process).

Public Schools should download the State Courses (Data and Reporting > Data Exchange > State Courses)
Choice Schools will need down the Roster Course codes from the Department of Public Instruction. Update all the High School Mathematics courses with the appropriate Roster Code from the .xlsx. See Roster Course Code. See Defining District Courses.

Report Input

Academic Year	Select the academic year. This will be the year that the student is a senior.
Select School	Select the school to run the report.
Select Students	Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options: The selected [number] students only – Run the report for students in the current selection. All students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district that meet the selection criteria. If you run the report for a single student or a group of students, select the students prior to running the report.
Enrollment Entry Date	Enter the enrollment entry date for the students you wish to report.
Enrollment Exit Date	Enter the enrollment exit date for the students you wish to report.
Unweighted GPA Calculation Method. Method must follow Universities of Wisconsin Criteria.	Select the unweighted GPA calculation method. District Office > Setup > Grading > GPA Calculations
Store GPA and Tier	Select Yes or No.
Run for Current Grade 11, (running before EOY process).	Select Yes or No.
Amount of current course credit hours to be used for in progress and future math classes.	Select percentage.
Scheduling	Select Run Now or Schedule to determine when to run the report.
