State Reporting 21.2.2.0 Release Notes

Digital Equity and Learning Preference public portal data entry has been updated and will no longer be visible when the district-level preference has not been enabled. Additionally, when enabled, the icon in the public portal will display on the left navigation bar as expected.

Clock In / Clock Out Report: Version 1.2
The Clock In/Clock Out Report completes successfully for schools with multiple FTE's.

The following updates are made:

• Dual/Concurrent enrollment is displayed in the Enrollment at a Glance as a separate line.
• Dual/Concurrent enrollment is displayed on the Transfer Info page as a separate line.

The Concurrent/Dual Enrollment must be checked for the information to populate on either the Enrollment at a Glance or Transfer Info pages.

All student program association resources are listed on the Reconciliation Data page after Initiate Reconciliation has been run.

When publishing the Language Instruction Program for a previous enrollment record, the Ed-Fi system was incorrectly publishing the record as a Coordinated Early Intervening record and causing incorrect data to appear in the data comparison report. The Language Instruction Program now correctly publishes as English Learner.

Ed-Fi now publishes all applicable records for a student with Summer enrollment and transferred out for the current year.

Updated the following StudentEarlyEducationProgramAssociation resource elements.

• EndDate - checks the value of Exit_Date, then takes the last in-session date.
• Added new element, reasonExitedDescriptor, for exit reason.

• The report is updated to allow periods that contain more than one digit.
• The report now lists all periods associated with a class.
