Ed-Fi: Update questions for Digital Equity - Part 2

When publishing the Student Education Organization Association resource, the Primary Learning Device Provider and Primary Learning Device Access currently publishing under Student Indicators element are publishing based on the below updated values.

1. Primary Learning Device Provider will be published based on the new field value. If value is 1, then “School” will be published. If value is 2, then “Personal” will be published. Any other value will not be published.

2. Primary Learning Device Access will be published with updated values. if value is 1, then “Not Shared” will be published. If value is 2, then “Shared” will be published. Any other value will not be published.

Students in the EE grade level should be included in the MCCC data but not in the MARSS A and MARSS B files. To exclude this group of students from the MARSS A and MARSS B files two new field options are available:

• To exclude an entire school select System Reports > State > Setup > Schools A File Setup > select School > select Exclude from MARSS

• To exclude the EE grade level select System Reports > State > Setup > Schools A File Setup > select School > select Grade Level > select Exclude from MARSS.
