On studentSchoolAssociations resource when the transportation category value stored in the DB is a single digit (1, 2, 3, etc) then the system pads the leading 0 (like 01, 02 etc) and publish to EDFI.

For publishing NumberOfParts element in Ed-Fi select the value from S_MN_CRS_X.MCCC_SeqNum (Field Name: Sequence on Course Edit Page) instead of sending 1 as hardcoded value.

Ed-Fi: Use new College Code Dropdown for College Courses

Use value of a new dropdown field “College Code Ed-Fi“ to populate OrganizationID’s.

When the new College Code field is selected, this value is used to publish the college record. If this value is blank, then the old college value is used to look up the data the old way using (AlternateID matching with CollegeCode).

HK Grade Level Update

MARSS A File Version: 1.7

The following updates are made to the MN Grade Level:

• On the following student pages the MN Grade Level of ‘HK’ is disabled for the 2023-24 year and beyond:

  • Enroll New Student

  • Current Enrollment

  • Previous Enrollment

  • Create New School Enrollment

  • Re-enroll in School

• On the A File page:

  • The following message is displayed next to HK Grade Level: Will not be reported for 23-24 and beyond.

  • When editing or creating an HK record, a notification next to the Grade Level drop down displays: Will not be reported for 23-24 and beyond.

• MARSS A File report omits HK grade level records for 23-24 and beyond.
