Courses and Sections Page Update

The following updates are made to the Courses and Sections page:

• A new field, MD Test Code Subject, is added. If the test is selected on a Course, then the test applies to all sections. If the test is selected on a Section, then the test applies only to that section.

• Previously entered PARCC test codes are moved to the new field.

• The following are added to the MD Test Code Subject select list:MISA - MISA Grades 05 & 08SS08 - Grade 08 Social Studies

• The following fields are moved to the Obsolete section:PARCC Exclude from TestingPARCC/HS Test CodePARCC Test FormatMISA Include

Edit All Enrollments Page - Update

A new field, MCAP Testing Status, is added to the Edit All Enrollments page.

PSSR-250067

MCAP Testing Status - New

A new field, MCAP Testing Status, is added to the student Testing, Exemptions and Accommodations page. This is used for the MCAP Students & Accommodations file to indicate whether the student is to be inserted, updated, or deleted from testing.

Obsolete - PARCC/MISA/HS - Personal Needs Profile

This page is obsolete. Users must enter all testing accommodation information on the Testing Accommodations page.

PARCC/MISA/HS Testing Exemptions and Accommodations Update

The following updates are made:

• The title of the page is changed to Testing Status, Exemptions and Accommodations.

• The select list has been updated for the following tests:ELA10Algebra IAlgebra IIGeometry

• The labels for ELA9 and ELA11 are updated to indicate they are obsolete.

Testing Accommodations - New

A new page, Testing Accommodations, is added on the State/Province - MD page. Previously entered values that can be directly translated are moved to the new page. Users must utilize the new page to enter all testing accommodations for students.
