Special Education Services
If a student has an IEP, you must select the code that the status of the special education student from the following list.
Code | Description |
|---|---|
Blank | No, student does not have an IEP and is not receiving services; this value is reported as N on the High School Assessment Status and Completion Extract. |
1 | Yes, student has an IEP and is receiving special education services; this value is reported as Y on the High School Assessment Status and Completion Extract. |
2 | Exited, not receiving SPED services for 2 years; this value is reported as E on the High School Assessment Status and Completion Extract. |
3 | Exited SPED and placed in Code 504; this value is reported as E on the High School Assessment Status and Completion Extract. |
4 | Code 504; this value is reported as N on the High School Assessment Status and Completion Extract. |
