Log Entry and Student State Field Updates

Student Arrest Collection Version: 1.6

Discipline Extract Version: 1.5

EL Posttest Version: 1.8

The following updates are made:

• When a new log entry is created the log entry fields populate from the associated State/Province - MD student value.

• The following log entry field select list values are updated to allow ‘No Override’, ‘0 - No’ or ‘1 - Yes’ selections:

  • Title 1 Indicator

  • Migrant Indicator

  • 504 Indicator

  • Special Education

  • Foster Care Status Override

• The Log Entry ELL field select list values are updated to:

  • No

  • 1- Yes

  • 2 - Exited

  • 3 - No Override

• The Log Entry FARMS Indicator field select list values are updated to:

  • No Override

  • F - Free

  • R - Reduced

  • N - No

• The ‘504’ field on the State/Province - MD page is moved to the Obsolete section, this data is generated from the Special Education field.

• The following are updated to report the changes to the Log Entry and 504 fields:

  • Student Arrest Collection

  • Discipline Extract

  • EL Posttest
