The following updates are made:

When a new log entry is created the log entry fields populate from the associated State/Province - MD student value.

The following log entry field select list values are updated to allow ‘No Override’, ‘0 - No’ or ‘1 - Yes’ selections:Title 1 IndicatorMigrant Indicator504 IndicatorSpecial EducationFoster Care Status Override

The Log Entry ELL field select list values are updated to:No1- Yes2 - Exited3 - No Override

The ‘504’ field on the State/Province - MD page is moved to the Obsolete section, this data is generated from the Special Education field.
