Career and Technical Enrollment Report

Introduction
This extract collects the enrollment data for students enrolled in a CTE program during the current school year. The CTE student enrollment data collected in the extract is used for the distribution of CTE Technical Achievement data collection reports.
This report uses the State reporting Platform to generate results.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. For the Career and Technical Enrollment Extract, student enrollment records are selected.
School Selection
The report selects which school records to use based on the following criteria:
- The school must not be excluded from state reporting.
- The school must be associated with a student included in the report.
Student Selection
The report selects which student records to use based on the following criteria:
- The student must not be excluded from state reporting.
- The course must have a CIP code assigned.
- The course section enrollment date must be within the report start and report end dates.
Note: Dropped courses are not included.

Field | Description |

Report Parameters | Select Set All; this will store your selections for this report which is helpful when you need to submit a new file and you are unsure of how you created your last file. |
Use Alternate School Numbers | Select Yes if you would like to use Alternate School Numbers when processing the report. |
Start Date | Enter the start date for this report. |
End Date | Enter the end date for this report. |
Submission Date | Enter the date the file was created. |
Use | If run at the district level, choose one of the following from the pop-up menu:
If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list. |
Trace Log (Internal Option) | Check the enabled button of you would like Trace Enabled. Do not need to Enable. |
Include Query Output in Trace (Internal Option) | If Trace is enabled you can enable the Query Output Row Number Limit. Do not need to set. |
Query Output Row Number Limit (Internal Option) | If Trace is enabled you can enable the Query Output Row Number Limit. Do not need to set. |
Sample Dataset Mode (Internal Option) | You do not need to check this box. |
Scheduling | Click the Run Now button to run this report immediately, or the Schedule button to schedule it to run later. |
Submit | Click the submit button. You will be taken to the Report Queue. Once your file is complete, click on the complete button and you will have a PDF file to assist you in compiling your spreadsheet for the State. |
