Selection Criteria

This creates a list and total count of students that meet the criteria specified in your search. An option is provided to make these students your current selection of students.

The report selects records based on the following criteria:

Schools and Students excluded from state reporting will not be reported.
Select the desired school(s), Testing Accommodation, Reported Value and desired Test(s).
If the Accommodation has specific Reported Values you may select ANY value or a Specific Reported Value.
You may select Any Test or Specific Test(s).
Only the students matching the search are returned.

Report Input

Field	Description
Select Schools	If run at the district level, choose one of the following: Select Multiple Schools – Select schools to include in the report. To select a single school, click that school. To select multiple schools, use Ctrl+Click and select each school to be included. Select schools to include in the report All Schools – Run the report for the entire district. If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list.
Current Selection Students	Click the button to run for the Selected Students or All Students
Count Date	Enter the Count Date. Students must be enrolled during this date to be reported.
Accommodation	Select the accommodation(s). Only students with the selected accommodation will be reported.
Reported Value	Select the reported value.
Test	Select the Test. Only students with the selected test accommodation(s) will be reported. 'Any Test' will select any student regardless of their specific test accommodation.

ELA	'X' indicates the accommodation is for ELA.	N/A
MATH	'X' indicates the accommodation is for MATH.	N/A
Science	'X' indicates the accommodation is for Science.	N/A
Social Studies	'X' indicates the accommodation is for Social Studies.	N/A
HS GOV	'X' indicates the accommodation is for HS GOV.	N/A
HS MISA	'X' indicates the accommodation is for HS MISA.	N/A
