All States: Updates to the Discipline Incident Letter

Discipline Incident Letter (Version: 1.4)

The Discipline Incident Letter has been updated to include all the objects associated with an Incident. Previously, the report only pulled the objects marked as State Reportable.

High School Status Data Collection / CCR Review Updates

High School Status Data Collection Version: 1.6

The following report updates are made:

• The CCR Standard Element will report the new Meets CCR Standard Override. If no override is selected the CCR Standard will be calculated as before.

• A note has been added to the report parameter page to explain the calculation of the Academic Success and CCR Standard elements in the report.

The following updates are made to the student compliance MCA/CCR page:

• The Meets CCR Standard now allows for an override value.

• If the Meets CCR Standard is calculated it will now use the Passing Score of the District Management > Compliance > High School Assessment Setup > Math Assessments or English/Language Arts (ELA) Assessments in the calculation. Prior to this it was using the hardcoded number of 750 or greater in the calculation.

• Additional text is added to Academic Success to explain the necessity of changing the value from a calculation to an override.
