The Discipline Incident Letters report has been updated and will now correctly report qualifying incidents that may have occurred outside of a student's school enrollment.

At Risk for Chronic Student Absence Version: 1.1

The report is updated as follows:

• Only reports active students as of the ‘End Date’.

• If a student is Hispanic or Latino they are only counted in the Hispanic/Latino Category even when additional races are selected.

• If a student is Hispanic or Latino AND have additional races selected, they are only counted in the NEW Two or More Races/Ethnicities Category.
