The minimum supported version on PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated and can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 25.1 or later. For details refer to PowerSchool SIS – Supported PowerSchool Versions.

HSSDC Updates

High School Status Data Collection Version: 1.7

• The High School Status Data Collection is updated per MSDE specifications.

• The following updates are made to the student MCA/CCR page:

  • A new section is added for Seal of Biliteracy with the following new fields:

    • Number of Seals Awarded

    • Language 1

    • Language 2

    • Language 3

  • A new section is added for Post College and Career Readiness (CCR) with the following new fields:

    • Post-CCR pathways currently enrolled in

    • Cambridge AICE Diploma Option

    • International Baccalaureate Diploma Option

    • Advanced Placement International Diploma (APID) Option

    • Advanced Placement (AP) Capstone Diploma Option

    • Maryland Advanced Placement (AP) Option

  • The view codes link on the Technical Skills Assessment codes are updated.

  • The following sections are moved to the Obsolete for State Reporting section:

    • PARCC Assessments

    • Accuplacer Results Previous Years

    • Transition

    • Re-Assessment

• The following updates are made to the student HSC Data page:

  • The Career and Technology Education CIP field has a new View Codes link option to allow the user to either select the CIP code from the link or enter one manually.

• The student HS Assessment page is removed.

Immunization Update

896 Immunization Certificate Form Version: 1.2.1

The Varicella vaccine (vaccine code VCP) is updated for the 2025-2026 school year. All incoming 11th graders are required to have 2 doses of the Varicella vaccine beginning with the 2025-2026 school year.

The 896 Certificate is updated to match MSDE changes dated 6/2025.
