All States/Provinces: Minimum PowerSchool Version for State Reporting - 24.3.0.2

The minimum supported version on PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated and can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 24.3.0.2 or later.

The skip-level logic has been implemented for the below-mentioned elements based on selected values in DIND-1 and DIND-2 in CSV submission files.

ADAM - MCAP Launch Pad Student Import File - Update

ADAM - MCAP Launch Pad Student Import File Version: 1.1

The following updates are made:

  • The report is updated to display the Alternate School Number in both Columns H (primaryOrgID) and I (orgSourcedIds) when selecting Yes on the Use Alternate School Numbers report parameter.

  • The column heading for ‘localid’ is upadated to match MSDE specifications.

Student Course Grade Teacher (SCGT) Report Updates

Student Course Grade Teacher Report Version: 4.3

The following updates are made:

  • The New Race Data Elements in positions 76-81 are added to the report using the same fields and values as the data elements in positions 13-18.

    • The exception to this is Position 81 for Hispanic or Latin. The data element in position 13 uses the values of Y or N, the New Race Hispanic or Latino data element in position 81 is 0=N and 6=Yes.

  • The ‘New Race Middle Eastern or North African' data element is added as position 82 and defaults to '0'.

  • The ‘New Primary Teacher Race (Optional)’ data element in added as position 83 using the same fields and same code as the data elements in positions 61-62.

    • The exceptions to this are:

      • The 6th digit used for Hispanic or Latino uses the same field as the data element in position 61, however instead of using the values of Y or N, the digit value is 0 for N and 6 for Y.

      • The 7th digit for Middle Eastern or North African defaults to 0.

  • The ‘New Secondary Teacher Race (Optional)’ data element is added as position 84 and defaults to blank.
