The Yearly Medication Inventory Report has been updated and now excludes prior year returned inventory and overlapping records to ensure accurate medication counts.

All States/Provinces: Physical Restraint/Time Out Table Displays Extraneous Column in View Only

When a user has view-only access, the Physical Restraint/Time Out table displays a blank column to the far right of the records overview page. This issue has been corrected and now the extraneous column will no longer display.

ADAM MCAP Testing Accommodations File Version: 1.1

The following updates are made:

• On the student compliance Testing Accommodations page the following accommodations are added or updated:

  • HumanReadAloudMCAP = 1s or 3k Read Aloud/Human Reader – English

  • HumanReadAloudMCAPs = 1s or 3k Read Aloud/Human Reader – Spanish

  • PaperTest = 3g Paper – English

  • PaperTests = 3g Paper – Spanish

  • HumanSignerPaper = Human Signer Paper

• The report columns are reordered to add the following per MSDE specifications:

  • Column Z: 1s or 3k Read Aloud/Human Reader - English

  • Column AA: 1s or 3k Read Aloud/Human Reader - Spanish

  • Column AM: 3g Paper - English

  • Column AN: 3g Paper - Spanish

  • Column BE: Human Signer Paper

The report column order is changed and the following new fields are added to the report :

• Column G: preferredGivenName – The preferred first name of the student.

  • Use [Students]First_Name OR
    [StudentCoreFields]PSCORE_Legal_First_Name is not null else Blank.

• Column H: preferredFamily Name - The preferred last name of the student.

  • Use [Students]First_Name OR
    [StudentCoreFields]PSCORE_Legal_Last_Name is not null else Blank.

• Column I: preferredMiddleName - The preferred middle name of the student.

  • Use [Students]First_Name OR
    [StudentCoreFields]PSCORE_Legal_Middle_Name is not null else Blank.

• Column J: Pronouns – The referred pronouns for the student.

  • Will report as blank.

The Single Incident Restraint and Seclusion fields are added to a new Restraint and Seclusion student page and the Single Incident Restraint or Seclusion Report can be printed by selecting the Print icon.
