High School Status Data Collection Report

Report Parameters

Set Select All; this will store your selections for this report which is helpful when you need to submit a new file and you are unsure of how you created your last file.

If run at the district level, choose one of the following:

• Select Multiple Schools – Select schools to include in the report. To select a single school, click that school. To select multiple schools, use Ctrl+Click and select each school to be included. Select schools to include in the report
• All Schools – Run the report for the entire district.

If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list.

Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:

• The Selected [number] Students Only

• All Students

Note: If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running report.

Enter the start date for this report

Report End Date*

Enter the end date for this report

Submission Date

Enter the submission date to be used for this report.

Use Alternate School Numbers*

Select Yes if you want to use Alternate School Numbers when processing the report.

Scheduling – Run Now

Leave Run Now selected to run the report now.

Submit

Click Submit to run the report now

Scheduling – Please Select When to run

Click the Schedule button to schedule this report to run.

Please Select Schedule Settings

Enter the Start Date and Start time. Click the Repeat button.

Please select repeat cycle options.

Choose the applicable option.

Please select end date range option

Enter the appropriate information.

Submit

Click Submit to schedule the report

“Y” or “N” indicator that the student met all local LEA requirements for graduation, excludes the Maryland HS assessment graduation requirements. Start Page > Student Selection > Compliance > HS Assessment > HS Assessment.

“Y” or “N” indicator that the student enrolled in a CTE Course at the Concentrator Course level for a CTE Completer Program. A Concentrator Course level means more than 50% of the CTE program sequence. District Management > Courses and Programs > Courses > Select Course > Concentrator Designation or School Management > Courses and Programs > Courses > Select Course > Concentrator Designation or Student Selection > Compliance > General Information > CTE Fields section > Concentrator Designation.

“Y” or “N” indicator that at the end of a 9th grade student’s first year, the student is on track towards meeting LEA graduation requirements.  Start Page > Student Selection Compliance > HS Assessment > MCA/CCR > 9th Grade Tracker section.

Value Options Are:

blank (reports as 03 - Not Applicable)

01 - Yes

02 - No

03 - Not Applicable

The number of credits accumulated by a 9th grade student during the first year of high school. Start Page > Student Selection > Compliance > HS Assessment > MCA/CCR > 9th Grade Tracker section.  If blank the credits accumulated are calculated.

The 9th Grade Tracker must be '01 - Yes' or '02 - No' for the credits accumulated to be calculated.

For the calculation, the Term Grade Mapping must be setup for each school to define the Store Code that should be extracted for each term ID.  These options are found on the District Management > Compliance > Term Grade Mapping > select school.

Indicates student meets CCR using Interim Standard or using New Standard. Calculated and shown on Start Page > Student Selection > Compliance > HS Assessment > MCA/CCR.

Values are  as follows:

00 = Not applicable

01 = Interim

02 = New

03 = Both
