State Reporting 21.11.1.0 Release Notes

PSSR-273161	All States/Provinces: PowerTeacher Seating Chart Update	The PowerTeacher Portal's Seating Chart page is updated and now honors the "Prevent Attendance page submit if blank attendance is used (PowerTeacher)" setting on the Attendance Preferences page.
PSSR-278938	ELL Enrollment and Pretest Update	ELL Enrollment and Pretest: Version 2.3 A previous update excluded the kindergarten students from the report. The report has been updated to include kindergarten students.
PSSR-276769	ELL Testing Accommodations Update	To align with MSDE guidance ‘ELL’ has been changed to ‘WIDA’ on the Testing Accommodations page.
PSSR-271724	Online IEP Updates	Online IEP: Version 1.6 The following updates are made: Service Public Agency is populated with the Residence Public Agency ([Prefs]MD_DistrictLEA) on the report output. Service School Number is populated with the Home School Number ([Students]SchoolID Or [ReEnrollments]SchoolID) on the report output. These fields were previously blank.
