Attendance Extract (Sept. 30th) Update

Attendance Extract (Sept. 30th) Version: 3.7

Per MSDE the following updates are made:

The following State Aid Eligibility Codes have been added:

10 – Eligible for State-Aid P-Tech Year 1-4
11 – Eligible for State-Aid P-Tech Year 5 (50%)
12 – Eligible for State-Aid P-Tech Year 6 (25%)
13 - Ineligible - Juvenile Services Education Program (JSEP) Facility

PreK Tier Status of 0 - N/A for PreK students not qualifying is added. Per MSDE - students in PreK 3 and PreK 4 (grades 92 and 93) must have 0, 1, 2, or 3 in the Tier status field and will default to 0. All other students should be blank.

Federal Poverty Level report logic is updated to return a value of 001 if 0 is entered on the State/Province - MD screen. MSDE system will not accept 000, the value must be a minimum of 001.
