HS GOV/MISA Pre-Id Updates

HS GOV/MISA Pre-Id: Version 1.5

The following updates are made:

The ‘Free/Reduced Price Meals Eligibility' column on the HS GOV/MISA PreID File report has been changed to ‘Economically Disadvantaged’.
‘Economically Disadvantaged’ acceptable values are ‘Y' or ‘N’.
If a student’s lunch status ([Students/Reenrollments]lunchstatus) is FDC or RDC then Economically Disadvantaged reports as ‘Y', otherwise it is reported as 'N’.
