State Reporting 20.12.1.0 Release Notes

PSSR-248914	All States: Clock In/Clock Out Report Update	Clock In / Clock Out Report: Version 1.1 The Clock In/Clock Out Report is updated and can report multiple Time In and Time Out values, on a single day, if they exist.
PSSR-244300	All States: Contact Tracing Report Update - Incident Management Data Grouping	Contact Tracing Report: Version 1.3 The Contract Tracing report is updated and can now pull data from Incident Management. When this data grouping is selected, the following points are extracted: Name Student/Staff Indicator Student Number Grade Level School Abr Incident Date Incident ID Incident Title Incident School Abr Contact Name Phone Number The parameter is brought in a single row which says "Include" and the user can check the option "Class", "Busing", and "Incident" The description of the report is updated.
PSSR-253367	Discipline Extract - Update	Discipline Extract: Version The following updates are made: Gender code X - Non-Binary is added to the report Offense Code 204 is updated to Tobacco/Vaping
PSSR-249010	HS GOV/MISA Accommodations - Update	HS GOV/MISA Accommodations: Version 1.1 The report is updated to use the Testing Accommodations screen and the Test Code Subject.
PSSR-249011	HS GOV/MISA Classes - Update	HS GOV/MISA Classes: Version 1.1 The report is updated to use the Test Code Subject field from the Course or Sections page. If set on the Course, the Test Code Subject applies to all the Sections.
PSSR-249012	HS GOV/MISA Pre ID File - Update	HS GOV/MISA Pre ID File: Version The report is updated to use the new Testing Accommodations page.
PSSR-243873	All States: Student Birthday List Report Update	The list of students is now returned if the user enters a start and end date that spans multiple years.
PSSR-252653	Testing Accommodations - Update	The following testing accommodations are added: Allow Accessibility Mode - HSGOV/MISA Test Directions Clarified Native Language “Test Directions Native Language - HSGOV/MISA” is updated to “Test Directions Read Aloud Native Language - HSGOV/MISA”.
