ELL Enrollment and Pretest Report: Version 2.1

The following updates are made:

Country of Birth is removed.
MD Transfer is changed to Filler.
Home LSS is changed to Filler.
LSS Entry Date is added.
LSS Exit Date is added.
If Large Print is 'Y' then Mode of Administration must be blank.
If Braille is ‘C' or 'U’ then Mode of Administration must be blank.
If Alternate ACCESS test is 'Y' then Large Print must be blank.
