High School Status Data Collection Updates

High School Status Data Collection Version: 1.4

The following fields are added to the ‘HSC Data’ tab under a new ‘Apprenticeship Information’ heading:

Apprenticeship Participation - Valid options are:
- Blank
- Y = Yes
- N = No
Number of Apprenticeship hours
- Enter a whole number 0-999

The following updates are made to the MHSA/CCR tab under the ‘9th Grade Tracker’ heading:

A new field ‘9th Grade Semester Core Course Failures’ is added. Districts must calculate and manually enter the number of semester core course failures by a 9th-grade student during the first year of high school.
‘9th Grade Credits Accumulated Override’ - Use this field to override the accumulated credits from historical grades. If this field is blank, the credits accumulated are calculated.

The report is updated with the new data elements.
