Districts must calculate and manually enter the number of semester core course failures by a 9th-grade student during the first year of high school. ‘9th Grade Credits Accumulated Override’ - Use this field to override the accumulated credits from historical grades. If this field is blank, the credits accumulated are calculated. The report is updated with the new data elements.
