Section C - Co-operative Education Courses

The Section C (Co-operative Education Courses Summary) report displays aggregate information for Co-operative Education Courses for the selected school and submission period. This report is part of the OnSIS Verification - Summary Report framework and is generated from saved OnSIS verification data.

You can run this report for secondary schools.

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.

School Selection

• The school must be a secondary schools.

• Schools with the "Exclude From State Reporting" ([Schools]State_ExcludeFromReporting) checkbox selected will not be included.

• School must not be closed.

• Any school with the same BSID but with "Exclude From State Reporting" or "School is Closed" ([S_ON_SCH_X]IsClosed_TF) checkboxes selected is not included.

• The selected school must be identified by Alternative School Number (BSID).

Student Selection

• The student must be enrolled in the school as of the submission count date. (where S_ON_STU_XML_School_Enrol_C .Enrolment_End_Date is NULL and S_ON_STU_XML_School_Enrol_C .Main_School_Flag is T)

• The student must be active for the selected submission period rules.

• Cross-enrolled students are not included unless they are enrolled in the selected school for reporting purposes.

Course Selection

• The report includes Co-operative Education Courses for the selected school, academic year, and submission period.

• The report is generated from saved OnSIS verification data for the selected submission period.

• The report includes only records associated with the selected school BSID.
