Introduction
The Local Educational Agency Program Record Report (LEAP) - Expanded Learning Program is a new CALPADS report introduced to display student records associated with Program 194 - Expanded Learning Program (ELP). This report allows districts to generate a comprehensive list of all ELP records for a given school year.

Report Requirements

The report extracts student records with Program Code 194 - Expanded Learning Program (ELP) from the student programs data.

The report supports Report Only mode

Submission mode is planned for a future release.
Student Selection Criteria
Students are included in the report based on the following criteria:

Students enrolled in the selected school(s) for the specified school year

Students with an active Program 194 - Expanded Learning Program (ELP) record
-
Program record dates fall within the reporting school year
