Introduction
This extract generates the students' behavior data categorized based on the MT-specific Event and Resolution code set-up in the Incident Management.
The Behavior Data Collection Extract automatically truncates incident titles to a maximum of 50 characters.
Selection Criteria

The student is enrolled in the date range for which the report is run.

The Incident for the student is extracted only from the school for which the report is run.

When run at the district level, incidents for selected students are pulled from all the schools that are chosen.

Only the Primary behavior associated with the offender is extracted in the report output.

In an incident, If there is more than one offender, then only the offender with behavior marked with the primary flag and linked actions will be extracted.

If there is more than one offender with the same or different behaviors, No primary flag marked then the report output will be blank.

If there is one offender with more than one behavior, then behavior with a primary flag and linked actions will be displayed. If No primary flag is set to any of the linked behaviors, then the report output will be blank.

In an incident, if there is Only One offender, Only One behavior, linked actions, and whether the primary flag is marked or NOT, then the report output will have data on one offender.
