Section 504 Program Report | PowerSchool SIS Compliance

Introduction

This report provides student participation in the Section 504 program. The report produces a tab-delimited text file that can be uploaded to the Achievement In Montana (AIM) reporting system.

Selection Criteria

The student should not be Excluded from State Reporting.
The school must not be excluded from State Reporting.
The student must be enrolled on Count date.
The student’s Section 504 Handicapped field should be selected.
The student’s Section 504 Start Date must be on or before the Count Date.

Field	Description
Schools to Include	When running at the District level: Select All Schools to run the extract for all schools not excluded from state reporting. Select Multiple Schools allows the user to use the Ctrl or SHIFT key on your keyboard to click each school you want to run the extract. When running at the School level: Select All Schools to run the extract for all schools not excluded from state reporting. Select Current School Only to run the extract just for the current school.
Students to Include	Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options: The Selected [number] Students Only – Run the report for students in the current selection. All Students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district who meet the selection criteria. If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running report.
Count Date	Enter the count date for the report.
Include Header Row	Select Yes or No to indicate whether to include the header row in the report output. Set to No for file submissions.
