Montana Reports in Powerschool
PowerSchool for Montana provides a wide variety of Montana-specific reports. The table below lists these reports by report type. Tip: Click a report type link to go to that report section.
This table includes the following elements:
- Report Name – Name of the report as seen in PowerSchool.
- Description – The purpose of the report.
- Due Date / Cycle – The timeframe during which the report is submitted to the state.

Montana AIM EOY Attendance | This report provides end-of-year attendance data and produces a tab delimited file for upload to the Achievement In Montana (AIM) reporting system. | June |
This report provides student program participation data for programs such as Section 504, Title I, LEP, Gifted/Talented or Homeless. | October | |
This report provides post-graduation status information on graduated students who were CTE Concentrators from the previous school year and have been contacted by schools to follow up on the student's status (fall). The report also provides current year status information on students who are in grade 12 and are CTE Concentrators in the current school year (spring). | December | |
