Montana AIM Career and Technical Education Collection – Fall or EOY Report
Introduction
The CTE Career and Technical Education Collection report generates records of students who are CTE concentrators or participants in an approved Montana Pathway program. This report supports two collection types:
FALL Collection: Provides follow-up information on graduated students who were CTE Concentrators from the previous school year, tracking their post-graduation status and contact dates.
EOY Collection: Reports current year CTE students enrolled in pathway programs, including pathway credits and concentrator status.

Report Requirements
Students must have valid CTE-related data populated in the Montana Student Academics extension tables
For FALL collection: Students must have a follow-up contact date within the reporting window (October 1 – December 31)
For EOY collection: Students must have a valid Pathway Indicator and be enrolled in grades 9-12
School must have a valid OPI School Number configured in the Montana School extension table
District number must be configured in PowerSchool preferences
Student Selection Criteria
FALL Collection (Collection Type = F)
