Montana TEAMS School Employee ID (SEID) Generation Extract

Introduction

This report creates an SEID request record for each employee in PowerSchool who does not have an SEID entered into PowerSchool.

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.

Staff Selection

The report selects records from the [SchoolStaff] and [Users] tables for any staff members active in the school who do not have an SEID entered into PowerSchool.

Field	Description
Process Current School Only*	Select "Yes" to include only records from the currently selected school or select "No" to include records from all schools that meet the selection criteria.
Include Records with SEID*	Select "Yes" to include all staff in the extract even if an SEID has already been entered for the staff member. Select "No" to only extract staff records that do not have and SEID entered for the staff member.
