Introduction

This report includes a record for each student enrolled in the school between the first day of school and the count date of the report.

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.

Student Selection

The report selects records from the [Students] and [ReEnrollments] tables based on the school where the student was enrolled during the report date range. The report compares the student’s entry date and exit date for their school enrollments to the report dates. The student must have been enrolled in the school on the count date entered at report run time.

Description

Current Selection Students*

Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:

  • The selected [number] students only – Run the report for students in the current selection.
  • All students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district who meet the selection criteria.

Note: If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running report.

Snapshot Date*

Enter the count date for the report.

Calendar Number (###)*

Enter the school calendar number. If the school has more than one calendar, this value indicates which calendar is used for this report.

Choose the submission type from the pop-up menu.

Valid values:

  • June
  • On Demand

Notes:

  • When running the June submission, the Exit Date and Exit Code are reported.
  • When running the On Demand submission, the Exit Date and Exit Code are suppressed.

Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report are described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.

  • 01 – Early Graduate less than 7 Semesters
