Extract Staff Type for AIM Teacher Class - Staff Report

Teacher Class-Staff -Report: Version 1.2

The report generates a Staff_Type based on the following logic:

Navigation: Schools—>Sections—> General—> Section Lead/Staff-Additional

1. Teacher - Section Lead, Role: Value will be extracted as Primary teacher for the assigned staff in the staff field.
   Lead Teacher = Primary Teacher

2. Teachers/Staff - Additional:

• If any value in Role contains “Teacher” or “teacher”, the field will be extracted as Teacher.
  Example: Student-teacher, Teacher, Secondary Teacher, Xyz teacher, etc., the value extracted will be Teacher.

• For any value that does not contain the “Teacher/teacher”, the value extracted will be Section Staff.
  Example: Teacher’s Aide, Co-Teaching, etc..

Extract Teacher Role ID for AIM Teacher Class - Staff Report

Teacher Class-Staff -Report Version 1.2:

Updated the report to extract Teacher Role ID.

• The data mapping changed from [SectionTeacher]RoleID to [S_MT_SEC_X]TeacherRoleID.

• The output column header changed from Role to Teacher_Role_ID.

Added dropdown data entry field [S_MT_SEC_X]TeacherRoleID with label Teacher Role ID on compliance tab of sections above support staff type field.
