Introduction

This extract generates the staff that is linked to sections that have students in active courses in the current school year.

Selection Criteria

The report selects staff that are linked to sections that have students enrolled in active courses in the current school year.

All staff linked to sections in the current year.
Staff not excluded from state reporting.
Includes Course and section in state reporting for which staff is assigned.
Course, Section, and School NOT excluded from State reporting.

Description

Select Schools

If run at the district level, choose one of the following:

Select Multiple Schools – Select schools to include in the report. To select a single school, click that school. To select multiple schools, use Ctrl+Click and select each school to be included.
All Schools – Run the report for the entire district.

If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list.

Calendar Number (###)

Enter the school calendar number. If the school has more than one calendar, this value indicates which calendar is used for this report.

Teacher Role ID	The role of the staff. Note: The report generates a Staff_Type based following logic: Navigation: Schools—>Sections—> General—> Section Lead/Staff-Additional Teacher - Section Lead, Role: Value will be extracted as Primary teacher for the assigned staff in the staff field. Lead Teacher = Primary Teacher Teachers/Staff - Additional: If any value in Role contains “Teacher” or “teacher”, the field will be extracted as Teacher. Example: Student-teacher, Teacher, Secondary Teacher, XYZ teacher, etc., the value extracted will be Teacher.
