Montana AIM Teacher Class - Course

Introduction

This extract generates the teacher/class records for each active course in the school for the current school year. The report selects courses that have at least one student enrolled in sections in the current school year, required for all courses offered remotely, and for students earning both high school and college credits.

Selection Criteria

Includes courses that have at least one student enrolled in sections in the current school year.
Includes all active courses offered in the current year.
Includes courses not excluded from state reporting.
For the selected school, the class enrollment should be selected.

Field	Description
File Type	Indicates the file type: CU
Select Schools	If run at the district level, choose one of the following: Select Multiple Schools – Select schools to include in the report. To select a single school, click that school. To select multiple schools, use Ctrl+Click and select each school to be included. All Schools – Run the report for the entire district. If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list.
Calendar Number (###)	Enter the school calendar number. If the school has more than one calendar, this value indicates which calendar is used for this report.

Available Carnegie Unit Credit	The SCED Available Credit identifies the amount of Carnegie unit credit available for Secondary courses (SCED Subject Area 1-22). The Grade Span indicates the grade level for which the course is appropriate for Prior to Secondary courses (SCED Subject Areas 51-73).
