Student Instruction Mode Report For SY 2021-2022

Introduction

This report publishes data about student's mode of instruction, whether the student is attending school In-Person, Remotely, or a combination of In-Person or Remote mode.

You need to submit this report to the state during the following collection windows:

Fall Collection
Test Collection
End-of-Year Collection

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.

The student must be enrolled in the school on Count Date.
The student must be enrolled in the current school year and must be enrolled in an instruction mode program under District Setup.

Field	Description
Schools to Include	When running at the District level: Select All Schools to run the extract for all schools not excluded from state reporting. Select Multiple Schools allows the user to use the Ctrl or SHIFT key on your keyboard to click each school you want to run the extract. When running at the School level: Select All Schools to run the extract for all schools not excluded from state reporting. Select Current School Only to run the extract just for the current school.
Students to Include	Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options: The Selected [number] Students Only – Run the report for students in the current selection. All Students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district who meet the selection criteria. Note: If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running report.
Count Date	Enter the count date for the report.
Include Header Row	Select Yes or No to indicate whether to include the header row in the report output. Note: Set to No for file submissions.

Report Output

Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report are described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.
