The report description table includes the following elements:

Unique ID Extracts | ||
This report is used to create an extract of any current staff that has a blank State Prior ID. The extract is sent to the state to have a unique staff identifier assigned. Unique ID Enrollment Event Tracking | Each school district submits the Unique ID with Enrollment Events batch file to the state TSDS system on a weekly basis. The Unique ID Enrollment Event Tracking reports new and updated student enrollment and withdrawal records, and grade level assignments. This extract replaces the previous PET (Pupil Enrollment Tracking) Extract and integrates enrollment tracking with the TSDS Unique ID system. | Weekly |
TSDS PEIMS Interchanges | ||
The interchange schema for Education Organization can be used to exchange organizational information about a state’s education agencies, from campus to Local Education Agency to Education Service Center to State Education Agency. In addition, the interchange (optionally) supports the definition of the educational offerings provided by campuses, specifically the courses taught, the sections in each course offered and the class period and location of those sections, and the alternative/supplemental programs offered. It is the interchange schema for Student-Parent information including the student demographic information and student identifiers. Class ID/Unique Section Code Verification Report | This report is used to verify section and manually entered stored grade records referenced in the Summer PEIMS validation edits for the Master Schedule, Staff, Student Enrollment, and Student Transcript Interchanges. The Copy Class Rank and GPA Data report copies data from the [ClassRank] table to the Texas state extended fields for all selected students. It populates values on the student's Class Rank tab. It also generates a CSV file to help administrators verify data between the [ClassRank] and [S_TX_STU_X] tables. In the report parameters, the administrator can specify whether to copy data and create a verification report, or only create the verification report to manually verify data. Note: The report does not calculate or update any data; it simply copies data from the source table to the extended table. | On-demand | |

Education Organization Calendar Verification Report | The Education Organization Calendar Verification report extracts calendar, minutes, and waivers data for verification. | On-demand |
The Incident Management Verification Report extracts all Discipline records entered in Incident Management that are, or may be, state reportable. This report can be used as verification for the PEIMS TX Interchange Student Discipline Extension, and will allow districts to identify records with missing or incorrect data entry that may cause the records to be omitted from the Discipline Interchange file. All key incident management fields, including the Texas-specific discipline fields, are extracted in.CSV format for the date range specified at runtime. In addition, a series of test checks are applied against specific data elements; these test checks appear in the final columns of the report. Any data element test column displaying a value of “fail” indicates that the record does not meet the minimum data entry requirements for inclusion in the Student Discipline Interchange. Users should verify each item flagged as failing the test check, and then update or correct the data entry as needed in all Incident Management records that are reportable to the state. The Manual Entry Stored Grades Verification Report is designed to aid in the verification that all necessary elements required for state reporting are populated in manual entry stored grade records. Depending on the scenario, these records may be reported in the PEIMS Summer Submission, and are also reported on the AAR and in TREx. For each included school and student, the report selects stored grades records where the Section ID is0, and outputs the results in .csv format.
