Eduphoria

The Eduphoria Report provides the four extracts that are needed to send data from PowerSchool to Eduphoria. (TX70)

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report.

Student Selection

  • All students who have been enrolled in the selected schools during the selected school year are included.

Report Input

Follow the list of steps to locate and generate the report.

  1. On the Start Page, click State Reports. The Reports page appears.
  2. Click Eduphoria. The Eduphoria report page appears.
  3. Enter information in all of the required fields. For LEAs that have multiple schools in PowerSchool that report to the state as one school (use of the Alternate School Number), there is an option to report these as separate schools for Eduphoria (School Number) or report them as one school (Alternate School Number CDC).
  4. Click Submit to generate the report.

Report Output

Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report are described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.

The zip file contains four comma, delimited files.
