This page provides a field-by-field reference for ADM-specific data elements reported by the Oregon Cumulative ADM Student File.

Important: Some fields are reported directly from stored Oregon state reporting data, while others are calculated during report execution. See the Report Logic column for details.

In Validation Guidance, add: check the parameter. ADMEnrlDtTxt	ADM Enrollment Date	STUDENTS, REENROLLMENTS	EntryDate	Reports the later of Entry Date or Report Start Date. For 02 rows sourced from the EL screen, the source is EL Start Date (`ELStrtDtTxt`). The date rule stays the same: report the later of this date and the Report Start Date.	Verify Entry Date and Report Start Date.
ADMEndDtTxt	ADM End Date	STUDENTS, REENROLLMENTS	ExitDate	Reports the earlier of Exit Date or Report End Date. For 02 rows sourced from the EL screen, the source is EL End Date (`ELExitDtTxt`). Report the earlier of this date and the Report End Date. The field can be blank if the student is still in the program.	Verify Exit Date and Report End Date.
ADMEndDtCd	ADM End Date Code	S_OR_STU_CumADM_X, S_OR_REN_CumADM_X, STUDENTS, REENROLLMENTS	EndDtCd, ExitCode	Reports 1A when Exit Date is on or after the Report End Date. Otherwise reports End Date Code Override or Exit Code.	Verify Exit Date, Exit Code, End Date Code Override, and Report End Date.

ADMFTE	ADM Full-Time Equivalency	STUDENTS, REENROLLMENTS, generated report enrollment and program records	MembershipShare; generated FTE value in the report work table	The report stores Membership Share from the applicable enrollment segment. Enrollment-based Program Types 01, 02, 03, and 15 report that Membership Share value. Instructional-hour Program Types 04 through 12 report 0. The FTE expression evaluates whether an instructional-hours program code exists rather than limiting FTE to final Program Type 01.	Verify Membership Share on the applicable current or historical enrollment. Identify whether the row is a standard, EL, PNP, Half-Day Kindergarten, or instructional-hour record. Program Types 01, 02, 03, and 15 should report Membership Share; Program Types 04 through 12 should report 0.

Many report discrepancies occur when source data is correct but report parameters, term dates, attendance configuration, or enrollment dates cause the report to produce a different calculated result than expected.
