Class Roster File
Introduction
This report includes a record for the student who enrolled in a section for 10 or more days within the reporting period. The report includes school, course, section, student, and teacher identifiers, along with the start and end dates for student course enrollments and teacher instruction. If a co-teacher is assigned to the section, a row will be returned for the lead teacher, as well as any co-teachers with the role Reference Code set to “OR”.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
Sections Selection
The report selects records from the [Sections] table based on the following criteria:
One record should be reported for each student who enrolled in the section for 10 or more days.
The section must be assigned a term with dates within the reporting period.
The course must not be excluded from state reporting.
Report Input
To generate the Class Roster File, do the following:

Students to Include* | Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:
Note: If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running report. |
Report Start Date* | Enter the first day of the reporting period. |
Report End Date* | Enter the last day of the reporting period. |
