CTE Manual Flexible Attendance

Introduction

The CTE Manual Flexible Attendance page supports the Optional Flexible School Day Program (OFSDP). It lets you manually enter daily Career and Technical Education (CTE) minutes for students. These minutes count toward the Reporting Period Attendance FLEX CTE calculations. Users can record the exact minutes a student spends in CTE instruction within the flexible attendance framework. The system totals these entries during attendance calculations for reporting periods.

Start page > Select Student > Compliance > Miscellaneous > CTE Manual Flexible Attendance

To access the new page:

1. From the Start Page, search for and select a student.

2. Under the Compliance section in the student pages menu, select Miscellaneous.

3. Click on the CTE Manual Flexible Attendance tab.

   1. Click the "Edit CTE Manual Flexible Attendance Record.”:

      • Date: The CTE Manual Flexible Attendance record date. (Required).

      • School of Enrollment: The student's school of enrollment for the CTE Manual Flexible Attendance date. (Required).

      • CTE Daily Minutes: The CTE minutes attended for the day, within a range of 0-600. (Required).

      • Comments: Multi-line text area with a character counter (500 characters max).
