State Reporting Setup

Introduction

This section provides required setup elements and report details for accurate Texas state reports. For each field that must be setup, the following information is provided:

• Data element name as it appears on the PowerSchool screen
• Page where the element is found
• PowerSchool table and field name where the element is stored
• Whether the element is required or optional for PEIMS, TREx, or the AAR (Academic Achievement Record).
• State report and/or PEIMS record type in which the element is used
• Additional notes regarding the element setup as necessary

Many of the setup elements must be populated with report-specific details and may require fields to be pre-populated with the state-specific options as described in the "Additional Information" column in the table below. Some of these items are configured during PowerSchool implementation. Information in PowerSchool's online help system, PowerSchool Help, is also available to assist with the setup of these items.
