The current record displays in the top section of the page if the student has a record with a start date and no end date. All of the prior records display in the Previous Records section. The Student Enrollments section displays read only information from the Transfer Info page.
To enter a new record, click New at the top of the page.
To modify or delete a record, click on the Entry Date for that record.

Campus ID of Accountability (E1027 | Choose the appropriate campus. This must be a campus registered with TEA that is not a DAEP and/or JJAEP and is reported in Submission 1 and 3 Only. For Submission 1 this field is only populated for students that are enrolled on a DAEP or JJAEP campus on snapshot date. For submission 3, this field is only populated for students who were enrolled only at a DAEP and/or JJAEP for the entire school year. Homeless Status Code (E1082) | Choose the Homeless Status Code. Required. Blank defaults to 0. During the PEIMS Rollover Process this value will be coded as 0 as it needs to be re-evaluated at the beginning of each school year. Unaccompanied Youth Status Code (E1084) | Choose the Unaccompanied Youth Status Code. Required. Blank defaults to 0. During the PEIMS Rollover Process this value will be coded as 0 as it needs to be re-evaluated at the beginning of each school year. Foster Care Indicator (E1528) | Choose the Foster Care Indicator Code. This field is populated for all grade levels if applicable. Submission 1 extracts the value the student had on snapshot. Submission 3 extracts the last value the student had for the school year. All As of Status A students get a 0. The status of a student is re-evaluated at the beginning of each school year and once coded as Foster Care is not changed until the next school year. The default value is 0. Military Connected Student (E1529) | Choose the Military Connect Student code. This field is populated for grades PK – 12 if applicable. All EE students should be a 0. Submission 1 extracts the value the student had on snapshot. Submission 3 extracts the last value the student had for the school year. All As of Status of A students get a 0. The status of a student is re-evaluated at the beginning of each school year and once coded as Military Connect Student is not changed until the next school year. Blank defaults to 0. Associate Degree Indicator (E1596) | Choose the associate degree indicator. If the indicator code is 1, the student must be in 11th or 12th grade. Valid Values:

Star of Texas Indicator (E1601) | Choose 0 or 1 to indicate whether or not the student is eligible for free, public pre-kindergarten because the student's parent/guardian was given the Star of Texas award.
