CCR Transcript Export (DE/LDC) | PowerSchool SIS Compliance

Introduction

This report generates a comma-delimited CSV file containing transcript data for students in grades 9–12 enrolled in Dual Enrollment (DE) and Local Dual Credit (LDC) courses.

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.

Student Selection

Students enrolled in Dual Enrollment (DE) and Local Dual Credit (LDC) courses are included.

Field	Description
Select Schools	Choose one of the following: Current School Only – Includes all student records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click the School link at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list. All Schools – Includes all student records on the PowerSchool server that meet selection criteria. Note: The All Schools option is only available when running the report from the District Office.
School Year	The school year for which the report is being run.
Students to Include	Select one of the following options: The Selected Students Only – Includes only students who are in the current student selection. All Students – Includes all student records on the PowerSchool server that meet the selection criteria for either the current school or all schools.

Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report are described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.

Year_Taken	The year in which the student completed the DE/LDC course. Note: Only records from the 2025-26 school year are reported.		Dynamically generated depending on Report Parameter.
State_Course_Code	The state course code for the DE or LDC course in which student was enrolled.
