iNHDEX Calendar Blocking Days Submission

Introduction

The iNHDEX Calendar Blocking Days Submission allows the district to report all holidays and school closures during the academic school year.

Selection Criteria

The report selects records based on the following criteria:

The School is not excluded from state reporting.
The School Year is defined in Years and Terms.
The School Calendar is setup for the school.

District Management > Scheduling > Calendar Membership Types:

Associate all applicable Calendar Membership Types with the appropriate NH Blocking Event Type.

School Management > Scheduling > Configure Calendar:

In Session Days must be correctly identified.
All Days where school is not held or were less than a full day of instruction will require a NOTE (Excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
Days not in session will be reported as 100% Percent of day without instruction.
If the day was less than a full day of instruction indicate the amount in the Percent of day without instruction field.

Academic Year

Select the Academic Year.

Select Schools to Export

If run at the district level, choose one of the following:

Select Multiple Schools – Select schools to include in the report. To select a single school, click that school. To select multiple schools, use Ctrl+Click and select each school to be included.
All Schools – Run the report for the entire district.

If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list.

Include Column Headings

Choose the option to include or not include column headings in the report.
