iNHDEX Enrollment Transfers Submission
Selection Criteria
The report selects records based on the following criteria:
School is not excluded from state reporting.
Student is not excluded from state reporting.
Student was enrolled and did not exit during the date range specified for the previous enrollment submission.
Student has since exited on or before the start date of the next submission.
Student has an Enrollment Status Code that is any of the following 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, 29.
Students who do not have an Enrollment Status Code will default to 21.
To report Out of District (OOD) Students:
The appropriate school(s) must be selected for both options below.
The student is enrolled in a school where District Setup > School Info - District of Enrollment is for the district selected at run-time.
The student has a District Number Override (OOD students only) entry for the district selected at run-time.For School Administrative Units (SAUs) that have OOD students in different districts in the same school, the user will select the district that they are generating the report for.
The report uses the selected schools and then looks for the following within those schools:
If the student level District Number Override (OOD Students only) ([S_STU_X/S_REN_X]OutofDistrict_DistOverride) number matches the selected parameter the student is in the report.
If the student level District Number Override (OOD Students only) ([S_STU_X/S_REN_X]OutofDistrict_DistOverride) number does NOT match the selected parameter the student is excluded.
If the student level District Number Override (OOD Students only) ([S_STU_X/S_REN_X]OutofDistrict_DistOverride) is blank and the following exists, the student is included in the report:
The School Info > District of Enrollment ([Schools]District_Number) matches the selected parameter the student is in the report.
Or if the School Info District of Enrollment is blank or 0 then:
If the District Info > District Number ([Prefs]Name-districtnumber) matches the selected parameter the student is in the report.
For Districts that do not have OOD students, or all their OOD students are in the same schools, they will set the parameter to Not Reporting.
o The student level District Number Override (OOD Students only) field is ignored. ([S_STU_X]OutofDistrict_DistOverride)
o All students in the selected school(s) will report unless they are excluded from state reporting.
o The District Number column will report from the School Info > District of Enrollment ([Schools}District_Number), or if blank or 0 then the District Info > District Number ([Prefs]Name-districtnumber) will report as the District Number.In all instances, if a student is excluded from state reporting they will not be reported.

Include Student Names | Choose the option to include or not include a column of student names in the report. The state file should not include the student names, the 'Yes' option is for verification purposes only. The default is set to ‘No’. |
