Immigrant Data Collection
Introduction
The Immigrant Data Collection creates a list and total count of students that qualify for immigrant data collection. An option is provided to make these students the current selection.
Immigrant children and youth means individuals who:
- (A) are aged 3 through 21; and
- (B) were not born in any State; and
- (C) have not been attending one or more schools in any one or more States for more than 3 full academic years.
Note: For the definition above, "state" means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
Selection Criteria
- School is not excluded from state reporting
- Student is not excluded from state reporting (unless marked as a Home Schooler)
- The student's Date First Entered US Schools must be between the Entry Date Cutoff and the Count Date
- The student's Country Of Birth cannot be United States (US) or Puerto Rico (PR)

Select Schools* | If run at the district level, choose one of the following:
If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list. |
Select Students* | Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:
Note: If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running the report. |
Count Date | Enter the Count Date for which you want to run this report. |
