Introduction

This report uses the state reporting platform to generate results. There may be some additional setup required to run this report. The additional setup required to will be to configure ReportWorks Preferences if you have not already done so.

  • If you have already configured ReportWorks Preferences, no additional setup is required.

  • If you have not configured ReportWorks Preferences, please refer to the "ReportWorks Preferences" section of the ReportWorks Setup Guide located on PowerSource. This section will provide steps for configuring the scheduler node for the report queue.

Selection Criteria

  • The Student School ID must be in the selected schools to run.

  • If using a current student selection, student must be in the current student selection.

  • The Student Entry Date must be less than or equal to the Report End Date entered.

  • The Student Exit Date must be greater than the Report Start Date entered.

  • Student cannot be set to be excluded from state reporting.

  • If user elects to restrict students to those flagged for inclusion in the i.4.see submissions, then only those students are included in the report.

  • If user elects to restrict students to those with a SASID, then only those students are included in the report.

  • The student’s current enrollment is not excluded from state reporting.

Description

Select Schools*

If run at the district level, choose one of the following:

  • Select Multiple Schools – Select schools to include in the report. To select a single school, click that school. To select multiple schools, use Ctrl+Click and select each school to be included.

  • All Schools – Run the report for the entire district.

If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list.

Current Selection Students*

Choose one of the following:

  • The Selected xxx Students Only

  • All Students

Report Start Date*

Enter the first date in the date range for this report.

End Date*

Enter the last date in the date range for this report.

Include the Assessment Grouping Field

Select Yes to include the Assessment Grouping Field, If no is selected, the Assessment Grouping Field is submitted as null.

Include Column Headings*

Select Yes if column headers are to be included in the report.

Include Student Name

Select whether to include or not include student names in the report.

Scheduling – Run Now

Leave Run Now selected to run the report now.

Scheduling – Schedule

Click the Schedule button to schedule this report to run nightly. Check the weekdays only box.

Note: When the Enrollment Status is '7' and the Reporting Period is Beginning of Year (BOY) or Anytime of Year (AOY) and the student exit date is before the date the report is being generated then the Exit Date is the student exit date, otherwise the Exit Date is one day prior to the student exit date.
