Introduction

This report produces a Course Submission for iNHDEX.

This report uses the state reporting platform to generate results. There may be some additional setup required to run this report. The additional setup required to will be to configure ReportWorks Preferences if you have not already done so.

  • If you have already configured ReportWorks Preferences, no additional setup is required.

  • If you have not configured ReportWorks Preferences, please refer to the "ReportWorks Preferences" section of the ReportWorks Setup Guide located on PowerSource. This section will provide steps for configuring the scheduler node for the report queue.

Selection Criteria

Additional educators can be specified at a school from the Start Page > Sections > Edit Section page.

Course Selection

  • The School must not be excluded from state reporting.

  • The Course must not be excluded from state reporting.

  • The Section must not be excluded from state reporting.

  • The Section must be scheduled during the selected term.

Description

Select Schools

If run at the district level, choose one of the following:

  • Select Multiple Schools – Select schools to include in the report. To select a single school, click that school. To select multiple schools, use Ctrl+Click and select each school to be included.

  • All Schools – Run the report for the entire district.

If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list.

Include Column Headings

Select whether to include or not include column headers in the report.

Note: If running this report for the i4see Course Submission, do not include the column headings.

Include Staff Names

Choose the option to include or not include a column of staff names in the report. The state file should not include the staff names, the 'Yes' option is for verification purposes only. The default is set to ‘No’.

Note: If running this report for the i4see Course Submission, do not include the staff names.

Scheduling – Run Now

Leave Run Now selected to run the report now.

Scheduling – Please Select When to run

Click the Schedule button to schedule this report to run nightly. Check the weekdays only box.
