iNHDEX Code Conversion
Introduction
This report converts i.4.see Entry/Exit/Enrollment Status codes to iNHDEX.
Selection Criteria
How Students are selected for the report for conversion:
The student has a current enrollment or previous enrollment that has an entry date between the report dates.
The student has an enrollment in the selected schools.
Running the report:
Preview Mode - The report will be run in Preview Mode showing how the codes will be converted. This process can be run multiple times.
Update Mode - The report will convert the codes. This process should only be run once.
WARNING: Running in Update Mode is an irreversible process!
All original codes will be saved and displayed for historical reference and can be found on the student’s Enrollment History page (Student Selection > School Enrollment > Enrollment History). If an Enrollment Status, Entry Code or Exit Code cannot be converted, it will display NC (not converted) on the report but code will remain unchanged.

Select Schools to Export* | If run at the district level, choose one of the following:
If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list. |
Report Start Date* | Enter the first date in the date range for this report. |
Report End Date* | Enter the last date in the date range for this report. |
Mode* | Choose the mode: Preview or Update. Preview - Do not convert the codes. Update - Convert the codes. WARNING: This process is irreversible! |
